🌍 Young Midwife Leaders (YML) Programme 🌟 The Young Midwife Leaders (YML) Programme is a prestigious, part-time, two-year learning and professional development experience coordinated by the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM). It brings together 15 early-career midwives and 5 executive midwives from ICM’s member associations (MAs) around the world. This programme is designed to empower young midwives to become politically conscious leaders who actively engage in strengthening the midwifery profession both locally and globally. We are proud to share that the President of The Midwife in Action’s Association (MAA Burundi) was selected to participate in the 2021–2023 YML Cohort—a great honour and a testament to his leadership and commitment to advancing midwifery in Burundi and beyond 💪👩‍⚕️ For more details : More details
